The clean up from the flood-hit regions in northern New South Wales and Queensland is continuing, with concerns it could take farmers up to 12 months to fully recover.

BlazeAid volunteers are helping by replacing fencing washed away in the deluge.

Operations Manager Melissa Jones says their efforts are being hampered by a shortage of fencing materials.
