Wine fraudsters are being put on notice, with Australian researchers developing a new rapid test capable of identifying the region wine comes from.

The study focused on being able to identify the geographical origins of wines from three regions with 100 percent accuracy.

There’s billions of dollars worth of wine fraud globally each year.
