Should we eat the peel on our fruit and veg?

John Stanley

We all know how important it is to consume enough fruit and vegetables.

They provide us with a rich source of vitamins, minerals, fibre and antioxidants. However, I think it’s safe to say that many people’s default when preparing fruit and vegetables is to peel them.
