Questions over whether state and federal politicians should be allowed to have business interests and other incomes while in office are being raised following this week’s NSW ICAC hearings.

John Stanley spoke with Dr Simon Longstaff, Executive Director of the Ethics Centre, about whether the laws need to be changed to prevent politicians from holding other jobs.

He’s discussed with John a number of problems which can arise under the current system.
