Quarantine cap fueling labour shortages

Governments are being asked to review funding spent on failed incentive programs aimed at Australians, and increase hotel quarantine caps to accommodate more seasonal workers.

Despite additional spaces being announced in each state – only two-thousand-600 workers from the Pacific Islands have touched down so far.
