Chris Smith

Chris chats to Hamish Thompson – Communications Adviser to businesses, politicians and public figures worldwide and founder of the POLITICAL JARGON OF THE YEAR AWARDS. This is the ninth year of these awards and Hamish has some wonderful examples in the Pollifiller Hall of Shame – ‘Supercharging the safety net’, ‘Resource constrained environment’, ‘We pre-prepared to ensure we could deal with any issues’. Just to mention a few. They have just flowed all year from the mouths of politicians at press conferences and Hamish translates them into their true meanings.
