Across Australia, businesses of all shapes and sizes have been adapting to remote working in response to the pandemic.

New research from technology platform Zoho reveals that 50% of Australia’s 2.35 million small businesses intend to make remote work their new ‘normal’ even after COVID-19 restrictions end.

Luke chats to Peter McCarthy, the founder of a business called myprosperity and they are intending to operate with a largely remote, decentralised workforce permanently. It’s part of what they call the ‘hybrid’ future workplace.
