The fall-out from this massive breach continues but NSW Minister of Customer Service Victor Dominello tells Chris that only 16,000 customers in NSW will need new drivers licences, compared to 1.2 million in Victoria and Queensland. But he questions why companies, especially the utilities, need to hold so much vital information on customers.
