This week the NRLW received an enormous boost with expansion plans and salary increases revealed. From 2023, the competition will feature 8 teams, and then 10 teams in 2024. There’ll also be a new salary cap system in place with the cap set at $350,000 per team.

NRLW legend and Nine Commentator Ruan Sims praises the announcement and says it’s huge for the women’s game going forward.
