Sydney’s long-awaited ‘missing link’ between the M1 and M2 Motorways has officially opened to motor traffic.

The nine kilometre tunnel bypasses Pennant Hills Road and will save 15 minutes.

Cars will pay a toll of almost eight dollars and trucks will play $24 each way.
