Murray River Trek
Small towns are the heart of regional Australia, and a 2,500KM kayak trek up the Murray River is aiming to raise awareness of country towns.
The two month adventure is raising money for the Australian Horizons Foundation, that supports small communities, with a particular focus on mental health.
Rural reporter Eddie Summerfield spoke with board member Anita Donlon, and started by asking about the concept.
