New Zealand honey producers aren’t standing down in their campaign for exclusive use of the word Manuka.

The Australian Honey Bee Industry Council have this week formed their own manuka association.

Rural reporter Eddie Summerfield caught up with New Zealand’s Manuka Honey Appellation Society Administrator John Rawcliffe to find out more about their push.
