Lexus expands its Encore Owner Benefits Program with capped-price servicing

Motor Torque

Lexus, one of the few car imports to gain increased sales in 2019, has kicked off 2020 with a capped-price service scheme. Covering the first three years of ownership the new service initiative is offered on all new Lexus deliveries from January 1 – for each of the first three annual/15,000 km standard logbook services on the Lexus CT, UX, IS, NX, ES, GS and RC the cost is $495 while on the RX, RC F, GS F, LC and LS models it rises to $595. The new service fixed price package comes on top of Lexus’s current Hall mark benefit of complimentary service pick-up and return to home or office, a loan car and exterior wash and interior vacuum. Services can be carried out at any dealership nationwide. Interestingly, Lexus offers a four-year/100,000km warranty whereas parent company Toyota has a five-year unlimited kilometre cover.
