Labour Hire Concerns

Queensland and Victorian government are moving to stamp out shonky labour hire operators by introducing licensing, and even a commissioner to stamp out the practice.

Laws will come into place in Queensland from July, while legislation will be introduced in the Victorian parliament later this year.

Rural Reporter Eddie Summerfield caught up with Victorian Farmers Federation Horticulture Group President Emma Germano to find out more.
