Labor lies its way out of the rental crisis

There’s great evidence that increasing rents in Australia can be traced back to more and more people needing somewhere to call home… especially with the Albanese’ Government’s big Australia policy.

Luke speaks with Leith Van Onselen from Macrobusiness.com.au, who highlights how one federal minister has done some selective quoting to suggest it’s not them, and that the big Australia policy position is not to blame.

Earlier this week, Leith pointed out that Immigration Minister Andrew Giles posted on Facebook claiming that Labor’s record immigration policy is not driving Australia’s rental crisis.
