Is white chocolate considered ‘real’ chocolate?

Despite having just welcomed his first born into the world, resident food and wine expert Ben Malouf joined Luke Grant to discuss the record breaking bottle of wine that was purchased throughout the week.

A Melbourne buyer has purchased a 1951 Penfold’s Bin 1 Grange for over $103,000, the highest price ever paid for a bottle of Australian wine, breaking the previous record of $81,000, which was set in December 2019.

Luke and Ben also welcome Fiona Krawczyk from Haigh’s, to celebrate World Chocolate Day. Fiona puts Luke firmly in his place, explaining whether white chocolate is actually considered chocolate.
