How does supply handle panic buying

Panic buying has become synonymous with Australian lockdowns with people flocking to stores swiping anything they can off the shelves.

When panic buying first started people found it hard to not get sucked in with supply chains failing to keep up with demand, but with part of Western Australia in lockdown the experts are saying businesses have adapted.

Dr Flavio Romero Macau is a senior lecturer in supply chain management and global logistics at Edith Cowan University and he joins John Stanley to discuss how business has adapted to a COVID-19 world.
