A new high in folate, and sweet in flavour strawberry has been discovered by scientists.

It’s got three three times the amount of the B group vitamin than a normal strawberry, and is being described as the perfect snack.

Rural reporter Eddie Summerfield spoke with Lead Researcher Dr Tim O’Hare about what’s been dubbed as the Alpha Strawberry.
