Kidney stones is one of the most common disorders of the urinary tract. In Australia the risk of kidney stones is around one in 10 for men and one in 35 for women. Roughly between 4% – 8% of Australians will suffer from kidney stones at some point in their lives. As painful as kidney stones can be, the good news is, they can be treated.
