Hay-fever high season reaping havoc

There’s much to love about Spring, the season of blooming buds, fresh breezes and much awaited warmer weather.

For hay fever sufferers, Spring is the sinus season, with sniffly noses, watery eyes and constant sneezing a result of rampant pollen particles and other airborne allergens.

Some say fresh pineapple is the answer, others argue heavily-spiced hot curries can help…but what treatment can really give us some long-lasting comfort for this common condition?
