For hay fever sufferers, Spring is the sinus season, with sniffly noses, watery eyes and constant sneezing a result of rampant pollen particles and other airborne allergens.

Some say fresh pineapple is the answer, others argue heavily-spiced hot curries can help…but what treatment can really give us some long-lasting comfort for this common condition?
