Mike Jeffreys

Experiencing difficulty concentrating?

Mike is joined by Dr. Tanveer Ahmed, Psychiatrist & Social Commentator, to discuss the concept of ‘popcorn brain,’ a theory suggesting that excessive exposure to technology is altering our brains.

Coined by researcher David M Levy in 2011, this metaphor illustrates our brains as overwhelmed by information akin to bouncing popcorn kernels, causing stress and restlessness.
