Good season predicted for Christmas Tree growers

A Christmas tree grower says this season’s crop is looking as good as ever despite drought.

There’s already strong demand for a “real” Christmas tree ahead of December.

Favourable rainfall 18 months ago has set up this festive season for growers, with this year’s drought likely to impact tree production in the early 2020’s.

Rural reporter Eddie Summerfield caught up with Southern New South Wales grower Ziggy Kominek to find out more about this year.
