Australia’s peak nursing body is urging the community to get behind Victorian nurses as frontline workers are increasingly stretched to the limit.

Adjunct Professor Kylie Ward is the CEO of the Australian College of Nursing. She spoke with Luke Grant about the open letter she’s written to all Victorian nurses.

“We recognise the sacrifices you are making,” the letter says.

“It is time all Victorians understand what nurses need the community to do – to protect themselves, follow the rules and to keep safe”
