Fighting for Aussie producers to use the term ‘Prosecco’

And five years of research, Monash University has revealed ‘Prosecco’ is a grape variety name, and not only a geographical place.

The European Union has been trying to prevent Australian producers from using the name.

Rural reporter Jessica Clancy caught up with Australian Grape and Wine Chief Executive Lee McLean to hear about the findings.
