Farmers west of the divide hoping for more rain

Flash flooding on Queensland’s Darling Downs, across parts of Northern New South Wales and along the coast have farmers optimistic there could be more rain on the way.

There’s further falls predicted this week west of the divide, in some of the most hardest hit drought regions in the country.

Rural editor Eddie Summerfield spoke with Chris Groves, who is a farmer in Central West New South Wales at Cowra, and is the Vice President of New South Wales Farmers.
