Questions are being asked as to whether climate activists have had too much sway in decisions impacting approvals for  new gas projects in the wake of the Santos court decision earlier this week.
In the judgement, the judge found the evidence presented by the taxpayer-funded, Environmental Defenders Office, who brought action, to be “so lacking in integrity that no weight can be placed on it”.
