Deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce chats to Chris Smith on a range of current news and political topics
Barnaby Joyce shares his thoughts with Chris Smith on lockdown in rural Australia, mask-wearing, going to beach and the story around where he was on September 11th 20 years ago. Chris then discusses the draft report out now from the Federal Government with a summary of recommendations around foreign owned water rights. The Deputy PM responds to the issue that some foreign-owned farming operations own a huge amount of water rights across hundreds of properties and they’ve structured their affairs so they slip under the radar with complex holding company structures.
