NSW Environment Minister Matt Kean discusses his ambitious plan to ban single-use plastic by the year 2025 and to drastically reduce landfill and boost recycling waste.  The NSW Government is budgeting $350 million in a major overhaul of the state’s waste. Getting residents to separate rubbish into different bins is one thing but how will it be successfully recycled?  Matt Kean explains how this will work.
