Australia’s wool industry is booming, with record prices on the Eastern Market Indicator being driven by strong demand from overseas.

A group of woolgrowers have recently returned from a study tour of China meeting with key mills, as well as retailers and designers who all use Australian wool.

Rural reporter Eddie Summerfield spoke with South Australian grower Sydney Lawrie about the importance of the tour.
