Breaking the stigma around hoarding

Hoarding is a recognised mental health condition and should be treated as such. A stigma has developed around the condition after high-profile cases seen on television.

So how do you define hoarding and more importantly how do you help someone who is a hoarder and how do you bring it up without upsetting them.

Professor Jessica Grisham is a hoarding expert from the University of NSW Science and she joins John Stanley and Paul B Kidd to help better understanding a not so straight forward mental health condition.
