‘Boats are not the problem, it’s the 130,000 asylum seekers living here’

Michael is joined by Abul Rizvi, Former deputy secretary of the Department of Immigration & author of “Population Shock”, following Liberal Leader Peter Dutton’s warning of a ‘looming disaster’ of boat arrivals.”

“The media attention on boat arrivals largely misses the real challenges facing the Albanese government”, says Mr Rizvi.

“There are almost 130,000 asylum seekers living in Australia – something no previous federal government has ever inherited.”
