Biosecurity backing up market access.

Strong biosecurity systems are helping drive cattle and citrus export performance to the Association of Southeast Asian Nation countries.

ABARES data shows the value of orange and mandarin exports has almost tripled in a decade.

Cattle exports during 2019-20 grew to $1.9 billion – 65% of which went to ASEAN markets.
