Despite the future of the Murray Darling Basin Plan in the air, a new regulator is making advances on enforcing compliance.

Legislation was passed through the New South Wales Parliament late last year, to form the Natural Resources Access Regulator.

Rural reporter Eddie Summerfield spoke with Chairman Craig Knowles, after the signing of an agreement with the Basin Authority.
