For the first time Australia is fighting an outbreak of Grapevine Pinot Gris Virus.

The virus is common in wine regions throughout Europe, the U-S, Canada, and, China, and can reduce yields by up to 80 percent in 28 different varieties.

Rural reporter Eddie Summerfield spoke with Australian Vignerons Executive Director Andrew Weeks to find out more.
