Michael says Judges are human but they are also extraordinarily brilliant, egotistical and they have flaws. Judges are not not immune from human frailty. The #metoo movement showed us that no matter how powerful people are, they should be held to account.

Michael says most of the time, working for a judge is a good experience but if someone is starting out in their career, they can be vulnerable. The “inappropriate” line was drawn decades ago but people still need to feel empowered to call out sexual harassment
