The aged care sector is facing significant job shortages and is now reaching a crisis point which is really worrying. The workforce is under extreme pressure, and there is not enough incentive to encourage workers to join the age care industry.  

Paul Sadler, the CEO of Age and Community Service Australia, is calling on the government to help fix this serious issue facing Australia’s aging population.
