13,000 attend hospital each year with dog bite injuries

In the shadow of yesterday’s horrific dog attack at Tregear, it’s reported that 13,000 people attend emergency departments each year in Australia for dog bite injuries with children being at the most risk.

As children head back to school next week as well as gaining more independence, it’s important they’re educated about dogs so Michael enlists the help of Dog Behavior Consultant Kathy Kopellis McLeod for some timely advice on what every child should know about dogs
