Michelle’s daughter’s bag arrived in Sydney torn up and her clothes damaged.

The bag arrived in Sydney wrapped in plastic after the Malaysian Airlines flight from Heathrow. But once Michelle’s daughter unwrapped the bag, they discovered the damage.
