Out of control P-plater
A 19-year-old P-plater was caught driving 157 km/h in an 80 km/h zone at Menai. He also had a 19-year-old passenger.
He was issued with an infringement notice for exceed speed over 45kph ($2,350) and drive with major defect. His licence was suspended on the spot for 6 months and registration plates seized.
