Peter Dutton: PM ‘lied through his teeth’ to reheat Shorten agenda
The Opposition Leader has accused the Prime Minister of “lying through his teeth” following a series of policy announcements.
The federal government is planning to wind back tax concessions on superannuation and franking credits.
That’s despite a promise from Anthony Albanese not to touch either scheme in the lead-up to last year’s election.
Peter Dutton told Ray Hadley the Labor leader was being dishonest.
“People now are seeing the agenda that Shorten had, that they voted against in 2019, Albanese’s now rolling out.”
