The head of Fortem Australia wants a meeting with the Prime Minister amid threats to pull their funding.

Fortem provides counselling and support for those who suffer trauma on the front line.

Managing Director John Bale told Ben Fordham they’re running 300 psychology sessions a month.

“We can’t keep up with the number of first responders who are seeking our support.

“We are going to have people die if we don’t do this.”
