Chris O’Keefe has issued a warning to NSW Police to explain themselves after the Cooma tasering.

95 year-old Clare Nowland was incapacitated by NSW Police and sustained a skull fracture and brain bleed following the incident.

“People want answers”, O’Keefe forewarned the NSW Police commissioner.
