A man has died after being hit by a car on Sydney’s North Shore.

Just before 6am, emergency services were called to the intersection of the Pacific Highway and Boundary Street at Roseville, after reports a pedestrian had been struck.

The man died at the scene and is yet to be formally identified.

The driver of the vehicle wasn’t injured and has been taken to Royal North Shore Hospital for mandatory testing.

Police are investigating how the crash occurred.
