The federal government’s plan to introduce company tax cuts has been dealt a major blow, with One Nation’s Pauline Hanson withdrawing the party’s support.

Some of her biggest gripes are the Coalition’s failure to support coal-fired power and reluctance to reduce the immigration rate.

The Senator has also issued a long list of demands, including greater help for pensioners and lower power prices.

Senator Jim Molan tells Chris Smith “it’s an ugly process”.

“Let’s hope they can come to a conclusion because we need to stay competitive internationally.”
