Paralympic ‘superstar’ track athlete Madison De Rozario has added two new medals to Australia’s Tokyo 2020 tally.

De Rozario won gold in the T53 800m, after claiming silver and bronze in previous Paralympic Games, and a bronze in the T54 1500m.

She told Jim Wilson she’s “looking forward to resetting” after an “amazing week”.

“We definitely don’t miss an opportunity when we’re training back home in Sydney: if it’s raining … we’ll make sure we’re training in it.

“We know from so much experience that the weather can completely divide the field, and that’s what happened last night.”
