NSW Opposition Leader Chris Minns has taken a swipe at the Premier’s “backflip” on health restrictions.

Some coronavirus measures will return to the state as case numbers continue to soar.

Dominic Perrottet should have taken the health advice from the start, Mr Minns told Chris O’Keefe

“Several weeks ago on your program, he called people who were concerned about the state of the public hospital system ‘alarmist’… with the rise in COVID cases and this week elective surgery is being cancelled in NSW.

“It’s challenging times but leaders, particularly new leaders, must listen to experts within their own government.”
