A third-generation citrus farmer, Vito Manchini, has expressed his discontent with the government’s water buyback plan, stating that produce will go up in price.

In speaking about Tanya Pliberseck, he stated that “she’s looking for the fastest, most ruthless way to get a headline for her next election”.
