One Nation spokesman refutes allegations

Ray Hadley

Chief of Staff for Senator Pauline Hanson, James Ashby, has addressed the recent allegations against One Nation.

He defended claims that One Nation is lacking members, stating that every political party must report their membership to the electoral commission annually, and there are checks to ensure accuracy.

Ashby acknowledged the possibility of deceased members but emphasised the party’s efforts to maintain an accurate list.

He also dismissed accusations of funds intended for New South Wales being diverted to Queensland, clarifying that the party had issued a loan to the NSW branch, and the financial allocation was appropriately managed.
