Chris O’Keefe thinks Bill Shorten is failing to fix the NDIS and he’s making the Services Australia experience worse by the day.

Across the board, things have gotten markedly worse for Australians when it comes to accessing Government services under this Labor Government.

It now takes 400% longer for Prescription Shopping claims to be processed by Services Australia under the Albanese Labor Government than it did under the Coalition – up from 9 days in 2021-22 to 45 days on the most recent figures.
