Doubts over Harry and Meghan’s ‘catastrophic car chase’

Article image for Doubts over Harry and Meghan’s ‘catastrophic car chase’

Prince Harry, Meghan and her mother claim they were involved in a “near catastrophic car chase” involving paparazzi, but many are questioning how climactic the incident was.

The alleged “chase” happened after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended an awards ceremony in New York on Tuesday night (Wednesday AEST).

Many are questioning the story, following the New York Police Department’s statement, which reads “numerous photographers made their transport challenging” but there was “no report of collisions”.

The taxi driver has also spoken out saying “I never felt I was in danger…I wouldn’t call it a chase.”
